Billing & Payment Process

Our billing process is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

Co-pays & Deductibles

Your co-payment is due at the time of service. We will bill your insurance for the remaining balance. Any deductible amounts will be your responsibility as outlined by your insurance plan.

Statements & Payments

After your insurance processes your claim, you will receive a statement for any remaining balance. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for your convenience.

Financial Assistance

Holiday Closures: Our office is closed on major holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

New Patient Paperwork

To save time during your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary forms. You may also request forms to be emailed to you in advance.

Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to every appointment.

Cancellation & Late Policy

Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to other patients in need of care.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting care for others. We strive to respect everyone's time.

Missed Appointment Fee: A fee may be charged for appointments missed without proper notice, as we are unable to fill that dedicated time slot.
